Riverside Community Association

Why is it that we pay two HOAs for this community and yet we don't have access to that pool for free, there is no benefit to paying the riverside HOA and to our square HOA. We pay three times a year for the riverside community and we pay our square HOA monthly. yet i don't see what we pay it for, lawn, trash, snow, etc is all covered with our Square HOA so what is the Riverside HOA for?? It's completely a ridiculous HOA that we pay. Neither property company can explain why we pay both, they simply point the finger at each other. There simply is something not right about this.

I agree! I recently just moved here and I don't understand this either. Also, can anyone help me out? I paid the monthly association fee. What website can I set up the quarterly association fee? Currently, I'm in Texas for military training and want to get this set up.
