That was what I was thinking.  I am new to the area and this is the first time I have lived in a community that required HOA dues.   I would not mind paying them if I knew what they are going for.

I have been posting question and concern on here for over a month now and have yet to have someone from the HOA respond.

There is suppose to be a welcome committee, yet I have lived here since April and have yet to receive anything from the HOA.  I only found this site by chance.

When I look at other community HOA meetings they meet monthy, yet I have not see anything about our HOA meetings.

I did a quick count the other day and there are almost 250 house in our community @ 120 = $30,000 a year.  where and for what is it going to?

After looking through old Chase reports, it looks like the Annual meeting is in early November.  Of course this is from the October 2006 report as we have not had any new reports in over a year.

As a new resident to Riverside Chase, I am very discouraged by the lack of communication for any of the HOA board members, that clam the HOA is still active.

It should not take 3-4 weeks to get a reply from the HOT-LINE e-mail.  One of the member should be at least looking at these post and giving some kind of reply to concerns.

I biggest concern is that, if the HOA is not replying to e-mails.  They do not reply to post on this site.  They do not send out any updated Chase Reports.  No one knows when or if they are meeting, what power do we as residents have?

To me this is unacceptable.  Please let me know if you feel the same way.

Steven

I agree. I am not very happy with the state of our neighborhood at this point. We don't have communication with the HOA. Who knows if they are even contacting the people who have unkept yards like they used to. When we moved in, we were immediately asked to keep our trash can out of sight, so now we do. As I drive down the road, I see trash cans and other messes all around.
