Riverside Chase

Lived here 12 years and It's always been the same. Just like the presidental elections...WE NEED A CHANGE.. I"m willing to donate my time if other new brains wanna help. Riverside Chase needs to sack old tired board members. How about a revolution???? Help me!

I agree that there needs to be change.  The biggest problem I see is that people have to care and get involved.  I have been talking with PAST board VP trying to find answers and that has always been the problem (getting people to help).  People do not go to the annually meeting, (Which I believe should be once a month).  If the same people are the only ones to go, then nothing will ever change. 

I plain I being there and will do what I can to get as many people to as I can to go, even if that means going door to door.  The only problem is that we still do not know when that meeting is going to take place.

Lack of communications is the biggest problem with the current board.  I have talked to people that have moved out of RS and have told me other than paying the dues they did not know they had a HOA board.    This is not a good thing and must be one of the first thing that gets changed.

Okay, Nov. meeting............

I went to the meeting in Nov (first time) to make a difference.  I even "ran" for a position.  There was a good bit of talk, but nothing has been done since the meeting.  Where can we get a copy of the By-Laws??  They aren't posted here that I've seen.  I want to make a difference and see things change, but unfortunately unless you're on the board and make the decisions, nothing will change.

Our neighborhood is not going to get better if we don't come together!!!
