In this message you said you would continue monitoring this site as the new site cannot offer forum feature. However, there's another message posted 16 hours ago (June 18?) saying that HOA will no longer monitor this site. Which is accurate?

In my opinion, we need two-way communication. The new site only offers one way. There's no place for home owners to leave questions or comments.

If I understand correctly, the HOA is supposed to use all-weather flag, which can be flown in rain, snow, and at night - as long as proper lighting is provided. That's why we had lights at the footing of where the poles were. They do need to be replaced often. As esmith
 stated, it's been done for more than a decade.
