The property is in full compliance w/ all codes, what more do you want? The Section-8 Housing Authority does inspetions of the home regularly and it is in full compliance. That's what you don't get. Nobody is ever going to come in here and fix these homes as houses because there is no interest in living on a main arterial. Maybe you should buy some and rehab them and try to sell them as a homes if you have such a problem with the way residences look on N. Blvd. Good luck. Maybe an intro to economics class will help you understand this better as well.

Looks like someone hoping to make a quick buck is loosing his or her shirt. Economics 101! May I suggest a class in ethics?

I'm not losing anything(Although that is none of your business). Section 8 vouchers cover the mortgage and taxes(Real Estate 101).So if I have to keep it like this for 20 years, I'm very prepared to do so. And if all i loose is a shirt, I have plenty more to replace them in my closet.
By the way, it's not very ethical to post comments about someone as an anonymous author.

Another Thing

I am a responsible landlord. Would you like for me to put in the lease that tenants are not allowed to park their cars or boat on the premises? Renters have rights too. Give me a break, we don't live in a communist country.
