2003 Homeowner Assessment

The 2003 Riverwalk budget assessment will be mailed to each homeowner at the end of December. Payment will be due by February 1, 2003.

Main budget items for 2003 include
?· Landscaping for community areas.
?· Snow removal.
?· Insurance.
?· Legal Services.
?· Postage and Stationery.

We will review the budget for 2003 during the January 11, 2003 meeting. We will review 2002 expenditures and discuss items planned for 2003.
