Has any one seen in increase in litter. It seems that my entrance way and streets have seen in increase in my area. When I do see someone littereing I do turn them in. I think that this is really inconsiderate to just drive through a neighborhood and through trash out of the window. I really don't understand this mentality.
I also try to stress to residents that if they are walking doen the street and see some paper, reach down and pick it up!
