Each Year the annual dues increase by $15.00 with no apparant reason. I would like to know as well as my neighbor Chip Shulup who lives across the street from me on Tallow Drive. We have not received any increase in services. We are the two lost lots at the far end of the subdivision and don't require a whole lot of services from the Rock Creek Association. We would like to have some answers on when the increases will stop. The dues are way to high for services received. Please respond. Thank you.

The reasons are very clear to the Association board. Please come to the monthly meetings and learn about how much it costs to run this subdivision. This is the first dues increase in 2-3 years, FYI... Dues are needed to keep up subdivision common grounds. |

I did attend a recent association board meeting, and did get an honest answer to my comments, and do agree that there are some legitimate reasons for the increases. Quote "Increases". If you check the records or invoices for association dues you will see that invoice for 2011 dues was $245.00, invoice for 2012 was $260.00 (15.00 increase), invoice for 2013 is $275.00 (increase 15.00). If I'm wrong I'm willing to accept your statement above. I think everyone in the Rock Creek neighborhood deserves to be notified whenever an increase is made to the annual dues as a matter of courtesy. I'm glad to see that this website is finally being used to respond to the neighborhoods concerns. I did also tell the association board that I think they are doing a thankless job and I do appreciate all that they do. Thank you.
