The Reporter is our newsletter. Are you getting it? It was sent out in Nov 03 & Jan 04. We try to get it out about 1-2 weeks before the monthly meeting, so you should see it by mid month. It's about 1200 households, so we could use help. If you could deliver a block or two drop us a note or email, please. We hope to get a person on every block to print up enough to deliver their block in the future to cut cost & time. How & what do you (dis)like about it? If you'd like to write an article, let us know!

The newsletters have been informative
and interesting to read. I'd like to see current and previous issues posted on this website in PDF format. I'm interested in finding out more information about our neighborhood - can you suggest in future articles any literature about the area ... ie. SD Historical Society. Maybe write brief blurbs about historical events occurring on the month of each issue. It would be interesting to have profiles of the community leaders. Thanks.

Thanks for your comments and ideas for the Reporter Van. I'm attempting to get the past newsletters converted to PDF for posting to this site--just need to get the software. Your idea about historic blurbs in the Reporter is great. I can always use small ''filler'' articles. Regarding profiles of community leaders, I'm hoping to get more of our neighbors interested in posting a personal page on the ''Meet Your Neighbors'' section of this site. Keep checking back!

Reporter Guides?

We have just finished our April general meeting & delivery of the Reporter. That makes five for each, we skipped Dec. 03. We are now up to 30 people who deliver the Reporter, or Guides as we call them. Some live on the same streets, so we still need many more Guides to get to our goal of email distribution. If you have an email address and are willing to deliver 10 or so please consider joining the Guides! Just email us here & says I'd like to help by being a Reporter Guide.
