Tuesday, March 30th found a turtle making its way accross Aragon, just east of Marlowe. Brought it home to keep it from getting squished. I haven't seen any ''lost turtle'' signs. If you know who it belongs to please let me know. If I don't hear anything in a week, I'll take it to a shelter.

Pet Roster
I just noticed your note here and was wondering if you had found the owner or still have the turtle? If you haven't reunited the owner and turtle, we can take a picture and post it here or announce it at April 15 meeting. I have a digital camera if needed.
Also, I'm wondering if you would be willing to start a pet roster here in Rolando Park like they have in Darnall. It's a place where community residents post their pet's pics and info so if they become lost, people can check the lost animal against the roster to see if it's listed there. I had intended to use this great idea from Darnall, but just have been too busy.

Turtle at good home
I found a wonderful woman in our neighborhood that rescues turtles. The Russian Tortoise is now enjoying the company of many others of his kind. I think the pet roster is a wonderful idea. Unfortunatley, I'm not very well versed in setting things up on the computer. I wouldn't know where to begin. Hopefully someone else will. In the meantime we can post notices of lost and found pets here.

pet roster
I would be happy to set one up. I am a graphic artist and I have a digital camera to take pictures. We could arrange an evening where everyone could bring their pet and have it photographed.
