Dead Tree Removal

The Association removed four dead trees from the front yards of homes on Pleasant Valley Lane in December. The tree company hired by the Association also did stump grinding on the tree roots as a service to the homeowners. In the next few months bids will be sought to prune back tree limbs from the roofs of your front and side yards. Flyers will notify you of the pruning date with a request to move vehicles from your property to permit access by the tree trimming company.
