Light tan/white female dog, no collar, tall, looks like schnauzer, golden retreiver, not sure what else, about 50 pounds. Please read below regarding my actions taken.
A stray dog has been in our neighborhood for a while 4-6 weeks. It does appear to be a stray, looks like it is a female, she is malnourished, scared (which you can tell because her tail is between her legs), I think that it was abused. It is really inhumane the way this dog is living. I've called 311 three times, most recently on Thursday, July 24, 2008, I was given the following confirmation number I0724145100. I'm just trying to get them out here to get this dog, it would be better off being put down than living the way it is currently. I already have 2 female dogs, therefore I can't keep this dog. I feed it everyday about 5:00pm, if I can get 311 to relay that information to the dog catcher, it might be easier to find him. I feel the more people in the neighborhood that call, they may get tired of hearing from us and get out here more frequently. Please use my information, as it is tied in with the conf # above.
My home address 11843 Old Timber Rd - Give them confirmation number - Description - I feed it about 5pm
Some people may not care about this stray dog, but I think most people are good at heart and don't want to see it suffering. I do have pictures of this, and have asked Sandy Lail to forward that to the Rolling Oaks Commuity.
