Below is a concept plan presented by BPI. They are introducing a more marketable use of this land bordering Craycroft within the William Centre. There is a greater demand for restaurants and retail space so they are proposing using less than half of the original office space allocated in the Williams Centre Specific Plan in what they are calling a win-win situation with their retail/restaurant concept. Some of the residents who live north of the project (near Arcadia Wash) were concerned with run-off but BPI did not want to continue the process without having the surrounding neighborhoods give their tentative approval. There was general approval by those at the meeting. They are going to come back with more details based on our conversations and their needs.
