We had some great help from Charles Ervin (NETeam member) along with a roll-away, a COT Parks and Recreation pickup truck and a lot of hand tools. NETeams was important to the Arroyo Chico clean-up so here is a description of the program.


The City of Tucson identified the need to improve the responsiveness and quality of service delivered to the community, and at the same time, build a relationship between the City government and neighborhood groups who often feel isolated from government resources. Using existing resources, the City Manager's Office created the Citizen and Neighborhood Services Division (CNS) to develop a more efficient, friendly response and delivery system in Tucson.
