Some Friendly Reminders---- Many residents have windows open at night and they get woke up by residents and guests talking loud as the leave and come home late at night. Please try to curb this and remind your guests to be quiet in the drive and parking lots.

Be considerate--- Don?’t throw cigarette butts off your Balcony or Patio or in the parking lots.

When using the stairs at night please tread softly. Some bedrooms are next to the stairs. Please remind your guests when they leave to do the same.


Just a reminder for everyone, You are to use only two (2) washing machines at a time.

Summer is on the way and some times we get foul odor coming from the garbage area. This is as a result of residents not tying their trash bags prior to putting them down the chute. Recently, we have cleaned the chute and given the floor and walls, of the trash room a fresh coat of paint and epoxy. A big help however, would be for all of us using the trash chute to tie the trash bag tightly. You are doing a great job of recycling the glass, cans, plastic, and bottles in the recycling bin. Just a few forget and dump recycling in the chute. Please use the recycling barrels. Wash out cans and bottles, this helps keep the smells down.
