why, would this make me ''angry''? i simply stated my opinion as to what the reason for these ''crimes''are. as to your rationale for violating a cc/r, i simply point out the NUMEROUS storage facilities in this immediate area.i think that many people just have way too much ''stuff''. are there any other cc/r's that you violate because you have ''special circumstances'' and dont feel the need to comply?

thankyou VERY MUCH for your repy! this ''crime wave'' IS NOT due to burgleries, drive-bys, etc.,but by the carelessness of some individuals. i can not beleive what that person wrote about this area. nothing is further from the truth!

I think that you have way to much time on your hands.
If you don't like the way people live in their houses, then run to be a board member and you can write up violations all day long.

Sometimes I forget to close my garage door, it happens, some people get busy with kids or whatever and it just slips their mind. If things get stolen to bad, they will remember next time won't they.
