i need to report the playground in the ushomes section is STILL broken, on the short platform to the mini-slide the metal brace that prevents children from falling off the backside is STILL missing, this has been broken from BEFORE SCHOOL LET OUT... my child has fallen numerous times ( she is 3 yrs old) and should she get seriously hurt there will be a cause of action against the HOA. it was my understanding that patty garman was to see to this repair,
SOMEONE JUST FIX IT

Broken Playgrounds
To address the playground issue, I would like to ask you if you have contacted anyone regarding the broken equipment? This is my area and my kids and neighbors kids are constantly over there. No one has made mention of it to me or anyone else.
Second, I would to inform everyone that the Board of Directors is having all the playground equipment inspected and repaired as needed.

yes dave i have left numerous voice messages for patty garman, it seems she is incompetent or lying about not receiving messages. several of these calls were made from my office on a recorded line, if the HOA would like to pay for the research cost id be more then happy to have my backoffice pull the calls.
i assume now that this has been brought to YOUR attention the problems will be corrected IMMEDIATELY
i also suggest since you are claiming responsibility for this area that you walk the grounds and see the destruction and liability for yourself.
you may want to put the playareas on a mainteance contract, just like the landscape is on contract.

Seriously, are you going to get things accomplished by being so rude and demanding. Take a deep breath....1...2...3. There you go, do you feel better? Now, try to treat people as if they are human too and you might just see results!
