CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
There were three homeowners present. One homeowner had a question about the new owner of the vacant lot south and west of Roundtree Ranch. RRHOA has no information on this new owner.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES
Minutes of the May 25, 2005 meeting were reviewed. One minor correction was made. MOTION for approval by Ms. Steele; second Mr. Radig. Minutes were APPROVED.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIALS
The financial records for May 2005 were reviewed. There was a question to a suspense account, why had it not been paid. MOTION for approval by Ms. Thomas; second Ms. Steele. Financials were APPROVED.
OFFICER REPORTS
NONE
OLD BUSINESS
Subject of painting community walls was tabled until July. RRHOA has only received two bids and would like to receive more.
Ms. Steele reported that the July 27 and August 24 meetings would be held in the Peoria Library. Ms. Steele requested to be reimbursed $60 for the cost of rentals.
Update on dead end signs at Hatcher and 82nd Lane. Mr. Pittman will continue to work with the City and the City Councilman for resolution on this.
NEW BUSINESS
The Board reviewed the 2003 Compilation and 2004 Review of RRHOA accounting records. The Board accepted the Compilation and Review made by Romanchuk and Dwaileebe based on the recommendation of CPMC. MOTION for approval by Mr. Radig; second Ms. Thomas. The motion was APPROVED.
The Board decided to amend the contract with Carescape to thin all the trees in RRHOA in 2005. RRHOA will pay Carescape ?½ now and the remainder when the work is done and approved by RRHOA. Carescape will provide RRHOA with a map plot of the area. There was a question of whether the trees within the wash on 82nd Lane belonged to RRHOA or City of Peoria. Mr. Breinig will research this. MOTION for approval by Mr. Radig; second Ms. Steele. The motion was APPROVED.
The Prize Drawing was held. Lots 73, 199, and 20 were chosen. None of these homeowners were present. The prize will be $175 in July.
