OPEN SESSION MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
There were 14 homeowners present. One homeowner had a question about the cul de sac at the west end of Hatcher. Mr. Pittman said he was still working with the City of Peoria to replace the dead end signs. Another homeowner asked if possibly once a month Carescape could pick up yard debris from individual homeowners. Mr. Pittman will approach Carescape with the idea.
NEW BUSINESS
Nick Wood and Matt Lofgren from Snell Wilmer spoke to the association about the possible development of the land on the north east corner of 83rd and Olive and also the property on the north east corner of 81st and Hatcher.
Meeting was temporarily adjourned at 7:15.
Meeting resumed at 7:25.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES
Minutes of the July 27, 2005 meeting were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Mr. Radig; second Mr. Marks. Minutes were APPROVED.
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIALS
The financial records for July 2005 were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Ms. Steele; second Mr. Radig. Financials were APPROVED.
OFFICER REPORTS
Ms. Steele reported that the September 28 and October 26 meetings would be held at the Peoria Community Center at 6:00pm. Ms. Steele also reported that monies were paid to the Peoria Library for tonight?’s meeting that was held in the Community Center and that that money should be credited to RRHOA. Ms. Steele requested to be reimbursed for monies paid to secure the Community Center for September and October.
Mr. Pittman requested to be reimbursed for the flyers made and distributed by Mr. Pittman to inform residents of the new location of tonight?’s meeting.

The Prize Drawing was held. Lots 215, 135 and 166 were chosen. None of these homeowners were present. The prize will be $225 in September.
