Board of Directors Meeting

Open Session Minutes
Present:
Robert Pittman, President

Call to Order
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:16 pm.
Homeowner Forum
Two homeowners were present. Mr. Goudy provided some information regarding painting of the walls on 81st Ave.
Review and Approve Minutes
Minutes of the June meeting were reviewed. Motion for approval by Ms. Steele; second by Mr. Radig. Unanimously approved.
Review and Approve Financials
The financial records for June were reviewed. Motion for approval by Mr. Radig; second by Ms. Steele. Unanimously approved.
Officer Reports
No report has been received from Carescape. However, the grass is looking greener. Ms. Steele stated that the August 24 meeting will be at the library and the September 28 meeting will be hald at the community center.
Old Business
a) The Board agreed not to paint selected areas of the 81st Ave. walls at this time, but to wait and do the entire job at a later date.
b) Mr. Breinig reported tha the tree trimming program has started.
c) The City of Peoria is not willing to put up traffice barriers at the west end of Hatcher as they feel the property does not belong to them. Mr. Breinig feels that it is part of the housing development north of Roundtree Ranch and will research the situation.
New Business
Mr. Pittman gave the board a map of th home construction being planned by Scott Communities to the north of Roundtree Ranch. There will be a presentation a the August meeting.
Mr. Pittman called the Board's attention to information from Peoria regarding the City's regulations for the parking of recreational vehicles. We will use the code enforcement personnel from the City where possible to help us with this problem.
The Prize Drawing was held with lots 115, 112, and 10 being chosen. None of the homeowners were present. The amount will be $200 in August.
