OPEN SESSION MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:25 p.m. before the annual meeting.

HOMEOWNER FORUM
One homeowner raised the question of people driving from the end of Hatcher at 82nd Lane to 83rd Ave. There is no road there, and people are trespassing on the private property to the west of Roundtree Ranch. Mr. Pittman will contact the City of Peoria to see if barricades or markers can be set up.

There were four homeowners present and seven proxies submitted for voting. Having established that there was not a quorum of homeowners present, the annual voters meeting will be held on April 27, 2005 at the Peoria Community Center.

The Board authorized that the four homeowners present will receive a $10 credit towards the next quarterly dues.

The third RRHOA prize drawing was held. Lots 26, 84, and 182 were drawn. None of these homeowners were present. The $75 prize will roll over to April. The April prize will be worth $100.
