OPEN SESSION MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:08 p.m.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
There were two homeowners present.
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES
Minutes of the April 27 meeting were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Ms. Steele; second Mr. Radig. APPROVED
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIALS
The financial records for April were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Mr. Radig; second Ms. Thomas. APPROVED.
ORGANIZATION OF OFFICERS
It was discussed and all members will keep their current positions. Mr. Marks will assume the Treasurer?’s position. Mr. Pittman will retrieve the Treasurer?’s books from Ms. Nelson. MOTION for approval by Ms. Thomas; second Mr. Radig.
OFFICER REPORTS
Ms. Steele reported that the June meeting would be held at the Peoria Library on June 22. Also the Library has requested a new deposit check and Ms. Steele needs to be reimbursed $30 for rental fees.
OLD BUSINESS
Mr. Pittman has attempted to have the Peoria Street Department to replace the Dead End signs at 82nd and Hatcher. Mr. Pittman will now contact the City Councilwoman from our district to help solve this issue.
Carescape Tree Proposal was postponed until June. Carescape and RRHOA are still working out the agreement. Mr. Marks will chair the landscape committee and oversee this project.
The paint on the common walls in several places needs repair. Some is due to over watering by the homeowners. Mr. Breinig will contact several painters for bids on touching up the paint on the common walls around the area.
NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Pittman proposed a new violations and fines policy. In his proposal all homeowners with 3 or 4 violations within 3 months would be fined $50. Any homeowners with 5 or more violations within 3 months would be fined $75.
The RRHOA prize drawing was held. Lots 202, 156 and 50 were drawn. None of these homeowners were present. The $125 prize will roll over to June. The June prize will be worth $150.
