Call to Order
Mr. Pittman called a short general meeting to order at 6:30 pm before the annual meeting.

Homeowner Forum
Several homeowners were present. Questions were asked regarding replacement of plants--is that included in the landscape contract? Mr. Pittman replied that major replacement is not included. A homeowner had received a letter regarding weeds in the yard and ondered if letters of compliance could be sent out. This is not practical due to postage cost.

Old Business
An amended proposal was received from Carescape for plant replacement. Motion to replace trees and plants as listed by Ms. Steele; second Ms. Thomas. APPROVED
