OPEN SESSION MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

HOMEOWNER FORUM
There were 3 homeowners present.

NEW BUSINESS
The Board ratified the change of management companies from Rossmar & Graham to City Property Management effective June 1, 2006.

Motion by Mr. Radig to authorize City Property Management to re-enter into the same vendor automatic payments that were authorized before Rossmar & Graham; second Ms. Steele. MOTION approved.

REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES
Review and approval of April 2006 minutes was postponed until the June 2006 meeting.

REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIALS
Review and approval of April 2006 financials was postponed. Motion by Ms. Steele to allow City Property Management until July 2006 to receive and review all financial information from Rossmar & Graham; second Ms. Thomas. MOTION approved.



OFFICER REPORTS
Ms. Steele reported that the June 28 and July 26 meetings will be held at the Peoria Library.

The prize drawing was postponed until the June meeting.
