OPEN SESSION MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:15 p.m.

HOMEOWNER FORUM
There were 4 homeowners present.

REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES
Minutes of the January 25, 2006 meeting were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Ms. Steele; second Ms. Thomas. Minutes were APPROVED.

REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIALS
The financial records for January 2005 were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Ms. Thomas; second Ms. Steele. Financials were APPROVED.

OFFICER REPORTS
Carescape did not submit a report.

Ms. Steele reported that the March Board meeting will be held on March 22, 2006 in the Peoria Library. Ms. Steele reported that CPMC requested deposit check sent to the Peoria Library back. The Peoria Library can not find the deposit check given by CPMC and asked that CPMC have a stop payment put on the check.

OLD BUSINESS
Contract with Rossmar & Graham discussed. MOTION for approval Ms. Thomas; second Ms. Steele. Contract was approved and signed.

There is no update on the Hatcher barrier.

The Board agreed to have the auditors start the audit as soon as possible.

There has been no update on the proposed development of the properties bordering RRHOA.

Mr. Pittman requested reimbursement for expenses.

NEW BUSINESS
Mr. Pittman proposed moving the annual voters meeting to May 2006 due to the change in property management. MOTION for approval Ms. Steele; second Ms. Thomas.

The Prize Drawing was not held due to technical reasons. In March there will be two prize drawings, one for February and one for March. The homeowners eligible to win the February drawing are Lots 129, 177, 170 & 171.
