OFFICER REPORTS
Ms Steele reported that the November and December meetings were scheduled near the holidays. It was voted to change the November meeting to November 17 and the December meeting to December 15.
The Board agreed that Carescape could overseed all the grass areas in Roundtree Ranch, if a watering schedule was approved by the Board prior to any changes.
The insurance check from American Family will be returned as insufficient. The current amount will barely cover the tree replacement and not much else.
Ms. Steele will have a rough draft of the RRHOA policies by the November meeting.

Mr. Breinig prepared a rough draft of the 2005 budget. After some discussion several changes were made. A final vote on the 2005 budget will be conducted at the October meeting. The Board has also agreed to change from the quarterly coupon books to a quarterly statement sent to the homeowner.
