OPEN SESSION MINUTES

CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Pittman called the meeting to order at 6:07 p.m.
HOMEOWNER FORUM
One homeowner was present. (Ms. Cowell)
REVIEW AND APPROVE MINUTES
Minutes of the December 2004 meeting were reviewed. There was one correction. MOTION for approval as amended by Ms. Steele; second Ms. Nelson. APPROVED
REVIEW AND APPROVE FINANCIALS
The financial records for December 2004 were reviewed. MOTION for approval by Ms. Thomas; second Mr. Radig. APPROVED.
OFFICER REPORTS
Landscape Report ?– No action items.
Architectural Report ?– There is still one open item, a block wall is incomplete. Mr. Radig and Mr. Breinig will check into this.
Ms. Steele reported that an article in the paper noted that the City of Peoria is cracking down on Christmas lights and inoperable vehicles. If the Board has any of these issues, the City can help get in getting them resolved. Also the February 2005 Board meeting is scheduled for February 23, 2005 at 6:00 pm at the Peoria Community Center. Mr. Steele requested to be reimbursed for fees paid to both the Library and Community Center for a total of $70.
Mr. Pittman reported that the RRHOA Policy and Resolution book is complete to date. Each Board member was given copy.
Ms. Thomas reported that there was gopher activity in the City Roundtree Ranch Park. She has reported the gophers to the City?’s Parks Department.
Ms. Nelson reported that the Accounts Payable for the copies and Board packages seemed high. The payables will not be authorized until CPMC can investigate and explain in more detail.
Mr. Pittman reported that one CPMC staffer keeps sending him emails with a black background. He cannot read them. Mr. Breinig said he will speak to the staff member in question. Also Mr. Pittman redrafted the request for bids to the accounting firms for the required accounting audit/compilation/review. CPMC will be sending them out this week. Mr. Pittman also wrote letters to two homeowners for an RV behind a wall and a damaged garage door.
The Board discussed Carescape?’s proposal to crown thin all the trees owned by RRHOA in the next three years. The proposal was accepted as amended. Ms. Steele, Ms. Thomas.
NEW BUSINESS
The first RRHOA prize drawing was held. Lots 129, 35 and 113 were drawn. None of these homeowners were present. The $25 prize will roll over to February. The February prize will be worth $50.
