I understand that only a few people are actually aware of this community website ... however it is up to us few to let others know about this site and get them involved. Just tell you neighbors to log on and join up so we can acquire a real working community that can accomplish the things we all want to get done.
Our Block Watch System is semi in place and we need to put together a meeting of members and non-members as soon as possible.
Some things to thank about at this time would be: #1 some "No Loitering" signs in the apartment stairwells to eliminate some of the gang action that is starting to show up in the apartment complex stairways. #2 would be some method of stopping cross parking of cars with office authorized windshield warning notices. #3 A sincere effort on everyone part to stop the racetrack attitude that far too many residents choose to follow when entering and leaving the apartments. There are many small children at risk if we continue with this attitude. This also may be something that might required an office authorized windshield warning notice.
Folks, we all just need to get involved to make our homes safe and enjoyable to live in. Getting to know each other can do wonders to unite us together. Let's do it!
