The Annual Dues Drive will be conducted in September as the new fiscal year payments of $150.00 are due on October 1. Letters with dues notices will be sent to all Royal Lakes Home Owners during the month of September.
With the continue beautification of the common grounds, it is important that IMPERATIVE that all home owners pay their fair share, especially with the increased maintenance costs. For the fifth consecutive year, there will be no increase in annual dues.
