When do the applications / deposits need to be in?
and what if I am still waiting to get my passport?

Anyone interested in the Jan 2007 trip should register ASAP (application form, release/waiver, and photo release forms--please also include a copy of your passport ID page) with the $200 non-refundabel deposit to us.

NOTE: Please check very, very carefully that the name on your passport and application form are the same---exactly the same. Air ticketing will be done using your name as it appears in your passport. Any difficulties or differences will cause major delays / problems during the trip.

Payment in full ($2400 or the balance of $2200) will be due at close of business 3 Dec 2006).

Upon registering and paying the deposit, you will get a CD-ROM for the necessary materials and and orientation powerpoint slide shows. Many of the lessons we will do are shown on other powerpoint shows and are ''self-study'' activities.

The deposit applies to the overall trip price of $2400 ($300 more if you want a single room).

about the passport

If you are just apply for a passport, make 2 copies of your application form---keep one for your records, attach the other to your trip application papers (obviously leaving the passport info spaces on the trip application form blank).

The key thing is that we get you registered using the SAME spelling of your name as it will appear in your passport. We need to make sure to use the same name for booking the airline ticket.

Specify the trip dates on your passport application and inquire about the length of time for processing....and if necessary, find out about expediting the processing.
