I was in the yahoogroups website today and found some board meeting notes and I wanted to share this information. At the January 16th 2007 meeting under other business is says that ''Trash accumulation near the pathway to Beaver Brook Apartments-Fresh Cutts to maintain the area.'' Another note from the same meeting ''Pavers on the curb, Fresh Cutts will remove them.'' Then we have Board Meeting Dates, one date stands out which is the May 15th meeting. This note says ''Bi-Annual Bard Meeting-New Castle Middle School (Note: Board only meets at 6:00pm prior to the Community Meeting.'' We all remember that a flyer went out regarding a community meeting which was in May. I think the date was different. Even so, it is stating that there was a date set for a community meeting and that the board only meets a 6:00pm prior to the community meeting. Another board meeting date Feb 22,2007. Under new business there is a line item for discussion is the May community meeting agenda. I am very frustrated with the board. Who is Fresh Cutts because they are not in the phone book and rumor has it that this business belongs to a brother of a board member. If this is true then their is conflict of interest and Fresh Cutts should not be doing anything for our community. Then the board has them clean up a contractor's mess and they clean up trash at the pathway near the appartments. Remember, there payment comes from our HOA fees. We as a community really need to think about voting the current board out and voting a new board in. We need people that are willing to work together as a community and communicate as a community. The board that is currently running this community thinks they own it and what they say and what they want is the law. Well maybe we should all give them our mortgage payments and tax bills then they can tell us what to do. But then again a few of them have not paid their own tax bill.

Yahoo Groups
I am glad that you mentioned this. When I emailed Karen about the last community meeting she responded by saying that they never posted any meeting information on this site neighborhoodlinks.com She claimed that a unhappy homeowner did. The link we should be using to check for meetings is the yahoo site. The site that I can't seem to find on yahoo. I wonder did she give me the correct information? After reading all of what has been written, I doubt that the information given was correct.
And to answer the question about Fresh cuts? They better not be using our monies this way. Don't they realize that can be viewed as a crime?

Websites
The websites are never updated. The only way we the community get any information is if a community member posts any information that they may know of or hear of. The board does nothing with either site. I guess they thought that being a board member ment an easy job and that they could tell people what to do and how to do it and that they were in control and no one was to go against them. When you think about that, it is a scary thought that people could really think they could control other people. The board does not communicate with us as it is, so they are not going to update any websites. They would rather keep us in the dark. It is funny how the ARC Chair showed up and non of her committee members were there. Atleast I did not see any when I pulled up. As for Fresh Cutts. I looked in the phone book and online in the yellowpages. There is not a phone number or a business listed in either. The information that was put out there regarding the Board meeting minutes came from the board meeting minutes that was posted out on the yahoogroups website. The board did not post them. A community member that was part of the ARC put them out there. At least that person was trying to keep us informed. In order to access the yahoogroup website you need to sign up and get access. Go into yahoogroups.com and register for access. Once you have access you can see the messages. If you go into files that is where the board meeting minutes are posted.
