Who are the current board members and can we get contact info. Also, what is or current annual fee?  We are selling our home and require this information.  Thank you.

I'm also looking for the contat  info......good luck selling you home. Recently did refi on our house in ParkPlace. Let me tell you about the "Pisky" HOA, fees while i was deployed overseas with the militray, I had a lean put on my home by the managment companies lawyers.... $150 cost me over $3000. and even though i relented and took it up the "you know what" and paid the fees ....found out during the refi process 3 years later that they never removed the lean....Contray to the Law the HOA managment will try everyhing to try and "foreclose" on your home if you are not up on your fees.....
