PUBLIC NOTICE, EVENING PUBLIC HEARING, Docket 9-13-06 Pursuant to KRS 100 the Louisville Metro County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on August 31, 2006, at 6:00 P. M., at Old Jail Building, in the Courtroom, at 514 West Liberty Street, Louisville, Kentucky, on the following matter affecting the use of land in Louisville Metro, Kentucky. Kenwood Hill Area Wide Rezoning affecting approximately 500 of the 750 properties in the Kenwood Hill neighbhood.Kenwood Hill neighborhood is located south of Hwy I-264 (Watterson Expressway) and east of New Cut Road. The boundaries are generally, New Cut Road to the west, West Kenwood Drive and South 3rd Street to the north, Seneca Trail and Southside Drive to the east and Palatka Road to the south. The rezoning proposals include rezoning from C-1 Commercial to R-5 Single Family Residential and from R-5 Single Family Residential to R-1, R-2, and R-4 Single Family Residential. Affected property owners will receive notification by mail and a complete list of affected properties by address (or Tax Block and Lot if no address is available) may be found on the Louisville Metro Planning and Design Services web site at: http://www.louisvilleky.gov/PlanningDesign/ under ''Kenwood Hill Areawide Rezoning'' in the Frequently Used Links for Planning & Design Services section.
