Southwest Manor Civic Club

Dues

The Southwest Manor Civic Club was incorporated in 1981 for the purpose of improving the appearance of the Southwest Manor area and promoting the civic, cultural, educational, and general welfare of the residents of the Southwest Manor subdivision. To do this requires both the active participation of volunteers and your yearly dues contribution. The total dues payment requested for 2015 is $120.00, which includes the Civic Club Membership and Neighborhood Beautification. Each of these are explained in more detail below.

SWMCC Membership $120.00

The SWMCC Membership fee entitles you to vote or hold office in SWMCC elections, but more importantly, it means that you are an integral part of the Southwest Manor community. The annual fee is equivalent to $10.00 per month.

Neighborhood Beautification

The SWMCC plans and make improvements of entrance signs, esplanades, and other public green spaces.
