The thing that really gets on my nerves the most is the fact that there are some people who are so inconsiderate of others that have someone who lives underneath their units.  The only way I can get any sleep at night is to have my radio turned off station up loudly as to not hear the person or persons above me walk across the floor or dropping things sometimes I believe intentionally.  I would think they would have some better carpetting with padding as to block out this horrible noise.  Thank you.
