Brookhaven Homeowners Association

Can someone please give me the details of this need for rest rooms at the pool. All I've heard about are the costs and a statement but can not get the Board President to send any information. I raise this issue because the rules that cause this were in effect when Brookhaven was built. I asked if there was a waiver on the facility requirements or why hasn't the builder built these but never got an answer. Ask your neighbors and question these facts for me.
