National Center for Strategic Nonprofit Planning and Community Leadership (NPCL)
A formal agreement of partnership between NHSA and NPCL was developed November 1998. The collaboration exists to coordinate the development of, and/or assist with the enhancement of, Head Start programs?­ provision of fatherhood services.

U.S. Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE)
In the spirit of cooperation between the Head Start Bureau and OCSE, NHSA has joined in partnership with OCSE to disseminate information to its members on Child Support Services. The information will be provided through training workshops and presentations at our conferences and through our publications and Web site.

Project: U.S. Office of Child Support Enforcement?’s Hispanic Leadership Forum

NHSA is working with Frank Fajardo, OCSE, Denver, Colorado, to increase the information exchange between the Hispanic/Latino Head Start community and OCSE.

National Practitioners Network for Fathers and Families (NPNFF)
The NHSA/NPNFF partnership emerged through our shared constituency ?— fatherhood practitioners. The partnership?’s joint efforts help Head Start programs start and sustain fatherhood programs

NHSA MaFI partners are invited to participate in NHSA?’s Annual Conferences and Father-Involvement Events.
