MEDICAID RESOURCE BOOK AVAILABLE

The Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured has released "The
Medicaid Resource Book". This book is designed to aid policymakers and
the public to understand the structure and operation of the Medicaid
program. This reference tool provides information on who the program
serves, the services it offers, and how it is funded and administered.

The booklet includes:

*Chapters on eligibility, benefits, financing and administration
*A Medicaid legislative history
*A Medicaid glossary
*Indicies to Medicaid statute and regulations
