Please advise your children of this as well. The basketball courts at Brookhaven are not public courts. They are for the use of the residents only. Now, if residents have guests over to play and those residents are respectful of the property and the home owners playing then they are welcome. IF they are not, their privledges will be revoked. On June 6, four members of the public cussed and lied to members of the board and are no longer allowed on the premises they will be charged with tresspassing if found on the property again. Please help with this, if you play basketball make sure you keep the gate shut and do not open it for those who do not have keys. Thank you.
