Saddle Rock Heights/Parkview Heights HOA

I have several concerns regarding the conditions of the entire property but mostly the building in which I live.

I have asked about the fire hazards of my particular building what is the escape route how do we get off if there is a fire on the second floor or the 3rd floor you can not buy a 3 floor escape ladder I have looked at home depot target kmart walmart they just don't make them.

I have lived in three different building there at the meadows I would like to know why some building have windows that can open and some can not
the windows that I am talking about are the window at either end of the stairs.
the building next the one I am currently living in they can open there window and let some fresh air in. It doesn't seem fair to me that this building can have pop machine and open side windows and they don't even face the sun and my building is in direct sun all day long. It was be nice if we could open are window to cool the upstairs off. I would also be nice if the the maitance man could put some window tinting up you can get a pretty big sheet of tinting film form walmart for less then 20 just for our building because it really is the only building that gets direct sun all day.

we have a very serious bug problem on the west enterance of my building and now the bugs are coming into the building. the maintence people are not doing anything to control this problem
and it is getting really really bad

maybe you have noticed building 130 lately. Maintence has been done by several residents living in that building. Since the board and tmmc will not use the hoa fees for anything but to line their own pockets I suggest that everyone open a savings account and deposit your dues in it until we can elect a new board and hire a new management co. Ask where is the money going? Go to the next meeting and speak up.
