WARRANTY ISSUES

Your warranty covers the inside and the outside of your home for one year. This would include: siding, roofs, gutters, concrete, trees, plants, grass& drainage on the outside as well as everything on the inside. If anything is wrong, please list it on your warranty list. If things are overlooked and not listed and repaired it will fall upon the Homeowners Association to pay for that and that equals $$$$$. We all wants to keep our HOA dues as low as we can and this will help accomplish that.
