FYI: Wauconda Code enforcement will not knowingly give permits for fences or shed's in Saddlewood w/out prior SHOA board approval. They stated if someone is moving forward with something, without a permit, they will explain that SHOA board approval is needed first. This is to ensure standards within the nieghborhood are upheld.
