There will be an open HOA Board of Directors meeting held on Wednesday September 23rd at 7:00 pm in the Chamber Building on Main Street. Two items to be voted on will be:
#1. Amending the rules and regulations adding new fines and penalties for infractions of the rules or city ordinances.
#2. The proposed outline for allowing rental properties into the community to be presented to a lawyer for legal documentation.
