Does anyone know why they put a road embankment at Hawthorne elementry school as i did not know it needed one? I belive an undreground group has obtained work permits fraudently to do road work to destroy the Baltimore storm drain system. Road embankments that do not work can also cause flooding. Does anyone know about the work done at Hawthorne elemetry school? Because we have a storme coming and if Baltimore has no storm drainage we will be under water completly WILL someone look into this for us
