Salem Area Civic Association

Have the city remove those useless speed humps. They do nothing to slow down people that want to drive fast in our neighborhood, Also they slow down response time for police and emergency vehicles. Also tell people whose backyards surround Salem Park [woods] to not put junk -trash behind garages etc., just because they don't want to have to look at it all the time and too lazy to dispose of it correctly.
