Grove City To Receive $275,000 For Street Improvements

According to Ike Stage, Grove City will receive $275,000 from Dominion Homes to add to the multi million dollar improvement project slated for the Big Run South/Demorest Rd. intersection. Dominion Homes will be building three subdivisions near the intersection and will contribute partial amounts toward the full payment as each of the zoning are approved. The Grove City Dominion project has already received approval. The remaining two are scheduled to go before Columbus City Council on April 7th.

In a phone conversation with the Civic Association and also at the Westland Area Commission meeting, Mr. Stage indicated that if the zoning is approved by Columbus City Council, he will propose a boundary change moving the Sladeco property into Grove City.
