Proposed Limited Text For The Sladco Property Hearing On February 13th
No more than 295 dwelling units shall be permitted on the property.
Lots located along the western edge of the development will be 60' wide at the front.
There will be a 25' buffer with several Colorado Spruce trees planted along the western property line.
The Big Run creek which runs through the property will be dedicated to the City of Columbus Parks Department.
The 2 eastern most billboards will be removed within ?“x?” months of the zoning approval. The western billboard will be used to advertize the development until a building permit is issued for the lot it sits on or within 5 years of the zoning, whichever comes first.
There is no indication as to the style, square footage or price of the homes and is not a requirement for zoning approval. No plot plan of how the lots are to be configured has been made available.
