I do not recommend moving into this area. The HOA is useless for what you have to pay. They switched trash pick up companies and left the entire subdivision without any means of disposing their trash of weeks. There are a million cats that roam the neighborhood that dig up your gardens and flower beds, not to mention getting into the garbage. Almost forgot, they will fine the home owner for not keeping their trash in the trash cans. Just another HOA that is all about the money for the board!
