i'm here!!!!!! and i was wondering the same thing. my opinion is that it is a control and accountability issue.
isn't it odd that there is so much turnover in the mgmt company? how hard can or could it be to make sure the basics are looked after? it's good to see that asd/tom newton is still around.
my earlier posts on the discussion board were about the cameras at the gates, and this was right when altex opened a store down the street. i brought it to lee's attention and the others, but they were like molasses.....i still have the emails and they are funny.
as well as.....
another queja i had was the ridiculous money giveaway for the trafffic report. the city of san antonio - traffic engineering does these all the time and FOR FREE!!!!!! GRATIS for crying out loud. they had to do several for the annexation and the light installations
and the swim team really needed to go to the district natatorium at 1604 when enrollment shot up and began to monopolize the pool and interfere with resident's fun and games.
and the capper for me was the lack of mention of the community on the city of san antonio's neighborhood association master list with planning and zoning...with all the benefits..all of which is the responsibilty and obligation of the hoa mgmt company. all of this free stuff comes from the taxes everyone pays.
and this new mgmt company is located where exactly? near the heb/bank of america at bandera and 1604?
i wish the doscussion boards were back, in the meantime, there is city-data.com.
