August 14, 2003: The G St. Posse had yet another busy day harassing, inciting and threatening the Child Family (their favorite target).
[Why? Because a troubled delinquent teenager of the original founding fraud, violence, and hate gang, threatened with violence, a multiply physically disabled student in the students first weeks at GVMS of the SBCUSD. That student was of the Child Family. that serious offense was property and accurately reported.
Ever since, the G St. Posse has criminally and violently retaliated upon their victim family, with the guaranteed assisstance of some criminal employees of this City; completely insideous, the boys club in blue, and employees of the SBPD. If any of us lied, cheated, deceived on our jobs as they do, we wouldn't have had a job a long time ago.]
William Dillon began in the late afternoon by repetitiously (four times)driving to the Child Family's home in his brown P.U. truck, then menacing and threatening Mr. Child, as Mr. Child stood out in his front yard talking with an acquaintance. This individual witnessed all the described bizarre behavior of William Dillon's upon Mr. Child.
This was not enough for Dillon of the G St Posse; Dillon then began driving past the Child Family's home (three more times) in his Mobile Home, glaring at Mr. Child, Blasting country and western music (a consistent trait of this pathetic hate & fraud mob)out of a loudspeaker installed on the RV.. (Often Dillon uses this to drive very slowly past the Child's home and shout out obscene language and name calling at the Child Family members). Finally, Dillon stopped at some G ST Posse members associates, the Tom and Joan Anstead house, where they gathered and laughed at and talked about the Child Family; their constant pastime.
(the Ansteads have a son who used and dealt illegal drugs on G Street and the north end of San Bdno., according to Steven Browning of the G St Posse; and was finally arrested and prosecuted again according to Steven Browning, who enjoys calling son Anstead derogatory names, and spreading the pathetic story of the Ansteads. (These G ST Posse frauds and cons are in so deep they even indict each other!)
Then, after Dillon?’s disturbances of the neighborhood?’s peace, it was Katina Traughber?’s turn. She arrived home and began blasting over and over, her vehicle horn at the Child Home, before finally going in her house. Then , it was none other than Steven Browning himself, who raced (speeding) past the Child Home blasting his vehicle horn at Mr. Child, cleaning his garage.
[Browning, Kenneth Gerdes, ''Dick'' Richard Lardin, Melissa Gertner, and others of the G Street Posse began this vehicle horn harassment, irritation, and annoyance of the Child Family back in 1999. They have continued it ever since, despite one or two good police dept employees firmly telling them to stop this criminal activity.
Finally, Gary Gertner of the Posse stalked Mr. Child throughout the neighborhood; for what reason other than violence, none exists. Mr. Child was able to return home and get his self and vehicle to safety.
